What We Look For
• Previous landscaping experience is preferred
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to work outdoors and lift 40lbs in a variety of weather conditions
• Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair basic landscaping tools and equipment
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record
• Ability to follow and uphold safety protocols as a top priority

- Applicants must provide 2–3 verifiable work references.
- Gallenstein’s Landscaping LLC is a drug-free and alcohol-free workplace. Experience is valued, but we’re happy to train the right person.
